Youth Outreach in Washington, Pennsylvania
SW PA Teen Outreach is a nonprofit organization based at 410 North Main Street in Washington, PA 15301. Since 1988, we have been dedicated to empowering young people in Washington County, Greene County, and the surrounding southwestern Pennsylvania region.
Our programs are completely free for teens ages 13–18. We offer after-school support, peer education, mentoring, leadership development, sexual health education, mental health resources, and community service opportunities — all designed to help local youth thrive.
